...ok, of course all DSL does not work in Lamanz for approx. 2 1/2 weeks now !
we reported the problem twice to the technical support dept, last time this morning, the fellow, very nice, told me that he is making a report...
but this is mexico ! put a bit more "steam" under their bottoms we called the billing dept. ( they provided a translater )to ask for a credit. since we contracted with telmex to get 1meg down and 128ks up and we are only getting a fraction of that, ie they are not providing the service they are contracted to provide, so we should be credited for the lacking service.
they ( the billing dept) looked for the report from the technical dept, but they could not find it...
it seems to me that calling the billing dept and asking/demanding a credit or refund is more effective and i would recommand that all of you call them :tel# 01 800 123 0000 !...
basically we are saying : we are not paying for a service we are NOT getting !
