DSL problem

AT 4:30pm today I called 01 (800) 123- 2222 pressed #1 for technical support and asked for an english speaking technician.
At 4:50pm after doing a lot of different speed test, connecting with a cable, checking speed again, etc. . With surprise in My technician's voice she said "oh yes there seems to be a problem with the server in your area". NO KIDDING. Yeepee.....
Now according to Brenda, the technician, the problem could take 24 to 72 hours to fix since they need to check all the services in the immediately neighborhoods. I told her we live in a very small town. Coming from Mexico City she has no concept of our little town.
PLEASE CALL 01 800 123 2222 then #1 and ask for an English speaking technician. Tell them you, like many others, are having problems with the speed.
She admitted that with only a couple of calls it would not get fixed quick. There seemed to be no record of other calls....makes you want to scream!!!
I don't know 800 123 0000 -is that infinitum too??? 2222 is Infinitum- the internet server.
