At 2:30 today and at 3pm yesterday I did the same and spoke with Mario who told me they were aware of the server problem and it would be fixed soon. It has been over 2 weeks since my first call and at 4 other calls in between. The server was my first persons guess and now still is. When I called today, Mario told me he was not sure when it would be fixed but assured me it would be corrected. I explained we probably only have one server in this city and I saw an installer at the building today and it seems not to be corrected. He assured me it would be. I told him to get used to my calls because I would be calling him every day.

I will be calling and everyone else should too.
