I thought you said price adjustment was the solution, not harassment.

One affects the owners, the other affects the workers.

Which method is best in your opinion?

My vote would be for economic implications. Just stop paying is effective
passive resistance, back to dial up.

What may get their attention is good satellite with area wide wifi. Larry was
close to doing that before DSL showed up. I would contribute $ to such a plan.
