Well here is an interesting glitch. Last evening at 6:51 I received a call from Arturo a techno person at Telmex he asked me, if my service was fixed. I said no. He said he would have it worked on and fixed in the next two hours. He said they would call me within two hours. HA! I said to myself. |
2 hours later Victor Leal called back to tell me they were unable to fix the problem, because this server was bad and he was unable to move me to another one. He suggested I go back to dial up and call the billing department for a credit and to get serviced removed. He has no ETA for a new server or for the problem to be fixed.
It was a bizarre conversation and I thought I was being punked. Never had a public utility tell me to disconnect my service because they did not know when or if they will get replacement equipment. Is it the case for all Infinitum servers that go bad?
