Latest update @10am this morning. After being told all the towns were having this problem and I responding that Melaque was just fine. After being on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. I then talked to a second tech, who talked to her supervisior who said "they are working on the problem with the system and by tomorrow(Thursday) they will fiind a solution".
She assured me they would find a solution soon and one day we will have DSL service that works.
I'm not holding my breath........
