Well... last night at around 6:30 - No Internet! no Green Light, no Red light - down. I called Telmex, again, and went through all the stuff, again, and he got me back up - thanks to Apollo, that really was his name!

After a lengthy session, we got to talking about the 'slow server service', and he suggested to me - that I upgrade (and increase my monthy cost) my Telmex internet service from 1MG to the 2MG or 3MG! It was very difficult at most to converse, and well beyond my ability to try an explain to him that when I first became a Prodigy customer, over three years ago, my service was fantastic, and the DSL service was excellent!

How to explain that service has seemingly, slowly gone down hill since... and at this time, just not good enough! Maybe he is right? At this time, I am not going to pursue that option, will wait.

And, after last night's tech session, my internet was 'smoking'! The lights couldn't go fast enough!! Wonder what happened?

Service today, so far seems to be adequate, for now.Fran.
