I will be calling again this after noon. After the conversation I had that told me they were unable to repair the problem in their office because they did not know when a replacement part for the 'Server' would happen. They also told me they could not reroute me to another location that did work. My connection, however slow it is, is still faster than my dialup. So here we stand. Calling every day to fix it and nothing much happening here to make it better. It was great in the beginning but...
