Well, just hung up with Sr. Favila. He has my complaints on record and is very sorry (of course) that the problem is not fixed yet. He knows there is a big problem with LaManzanilla. He said the problem is the server is "saturated" AND the technicians are installing a NEW PIECE OF HARDWARE as we speak. This device will expand the bandwidth to accomodate us all. I asked him where the physical server was and after a lengthy conversation with his supervisor told me that was CONFIDENTIAL. He said to call back in 72 hours if the problem was not resolved. After awhile, we'll get to know all the names of our technicians and their families etc.. . . . Please keep the calls coming to the tech dept! He assured me that all the technicians have the ability to record complaints, so I guess we need to make sure they RECORD it before we hang up. Buena Suerte to us all!
