Guess what? It's their equipment!!!! They (telmex) called me 2 hours ago and promised the towns internet service will be repaired within 72 hours. Keep calling. They don't know we all know the whole story.
Meanwhile my phone jacks are all taken apart with screws and lose wires everywhere and no sign of Tech Felipi returning to complete his job of trying to find the problem in our wires. It's Mexico!
