Living right on the street all day every day, I can say it has cut the dust in 1/2 but
not eliminated it. It does look nicer but is hotter and a lot more noisy.

If more speed bumps are not installed it is just a short time until someone is killed.
There are people going down main street La Manzanilla at 50 mph +!

If you want to really screw a place up just facilitate access and presto it's gone.
I'd choose a dirt road any day.
