See if I get this right...
1. There's no drains for water runoff!!!
2. When the rains comes the water goes where???
3. When the big trucks go up and down the street and the street starts to cave in in spots, who's going to repair it right away before it get worse????
4. When do the street cleaners come and wash away the dust???
