DSL solved?!

Hi everyone. This morning Roberto Batista, supervisor of repairs called me to see how my INFINITUM worked. He probably called because I had about 3-4 work order numbers under my telephone number. He was interested in feedback on if it is repaired or not. I said I wanted to work with it for awhile, to see if it is really repaired and call him. He gave me his email instead. I told him I would put it on the message board for anyone who had troubles and is now resolved, or not, to tell him. His email is:

Any and all feed back is welcome to him, he said. So! This is our chance to express gratitude, or complain! Yippee! Mine works great! Thanks to everyone for keeping the wheel squeeky!
