I just read an interesting treatment on this website for scorpion stings. If anyone tries it please post the results for the rest of us. It says that freshly cut raw onion contains compounds that can break down the proteins in bee venom. Someone reported putting it on a scorpion sting and "in about 20 min. the redness had completely disappeared, the swelling stopped and the pain was almost completely gone."
