Good show, not much rain.....

It's 8 AM and the temperature is 85 degrees (30C) with 69% humidity - so much for the idea that rain cools things down! Total rainfall after all the thunder and lightning last night and early this morning was .19 inches - none of which was caused by Invest 92. This weather built up to the southeast of us and gradually reached the coast over several hours. If you go to the AVN loop on the GOES West satellite you'll be able to see exactly what happened - unless you get up too late (it's a 6 hour loop). This was typical of L.M. summer rainstorms - except when there's a storm
offshore.

Invest 92 is still out there - I'll post again if it does anything dramatic.
