Here in La Manzanilla we have a couple of local fish markets and local beef markets too. This village is very small. Barra is not for food shopping really although they do have a very good fish market places to eat. La Manzanilla basically has all the local shopping one would need. One notch above for pork etc would be Melaque, this side of Barra.
