You HAVE to have your FM3 stamped, then stamped again when you reenter Mexico. Unless, of course, you tell them that you never exited Mexico (if they even care). If you have US new purchases with you, and you are asked about them, you declare honestly, but you had friends bring them to you SoB. You never left Mexico. They have no way of knowing otherwise. We got our FM3s stamped once when crossing at Columbia Bridge, since it is fairly obvious where to do it. Other crossings aren't so straight forward, eg, Nogales. We know people who have never had their Visas stamped in over 15 visits NoB. Not to worry. Have a great time this summer! Jon and Arleen
