The LAPD will pay over 1500 officers for 2 days of overtime at $60.00 per hour plus their regular pay for this tribute at Staples. They had no choice as the city council is on a holiday and our (cant keep his manhood in his pants) mayor is on a trade mission in Spain. They expect over 1 million jackson fans in downtown L.A. with no protection. People getting laid off, salaries being cut, schools closing because of no money. And the jacksons are not paying 1 dime for this BS.

BUT, we have Manny back at 44 million.
Total cost for the jackson tribute about 7 million dollars which Los Angeles DOESN'T have. These people have lost their minds.
