When they placed the same reefs in the water beyond Barra or Melaque, they spilled the first batch in the channel and had to fetch them out.

The locations of the several lowered in the bay are either a secret or the Port Captain and the Dept of Agriculture (fishing permits) reall don't know where they went. They would show up on sonar, but nobody here has found them.

They may have just been covered by sand.
