Hi, I am wondering if there is the equivalent to 911 in small towns like Barra as there is in the United States. If so can you tell me what it is. If not what do people do if there is a late night emergency whether it be health or something else.
What spurred this question on...my daughter called me last night in a panic from Barra b/c there was a tarantula as big as a toilet plunger in the shower. She handled it but this prompted her to wonder what to do if it was an emergency she couldn't handle. Thanks for any advice, we are new home owners in the area.
