It was really kicking up the dust down the street, they watered in front of the office area so it was less here.
The guys riding the sweeper would manually lower and lift the broom. The snapping sound you hear is the chain drive skipping notches.
I have no idea why the guy driving was going so fast when he did the U turn....it must have been a wild ride for the guys on the sweeper, and even wilder if they would have lost their balance!
But...as in Mexico it all went well and the street is a lot cleaner. Now if they would just do the sidewalks
