Try Dr. Souza in Puerto Vallarta. His # is 322-224-9876 (I think this is a current number). His office is in a little complex near the cruise ship dock and he's affiliated with the hospital across the street and a little to the north (can't remember the name of the hospital at the moment). I went to him for a frozen shoulder and although he didn't do surgery on me, he is an orthopedic surgeon; also works on the cruise ship people if someone gets injured. He's older, trained by the army. He took lots of time with me, explained everything with a model of the shoulder, gave me exercises to do. I was very pleased with him.
