I highly recommend Drs. Echauri, father and son, and their Manzanillo hospital. I suffered fractures of both my lower left leg bones (tibia and fibula) in 2006 and had surgery at the Echauri Hospital. Not only were both doctors wonderful, but the staff was caring and competent, and follow-up care was excellent. Best of all, the bill for everything was slightly less than $5000 USD; I was not impoverished for the remainder of my life, as I would be had this happened in the USA. If I ever need any type of surgery again, I'm going to check into the Echauri Hospital!
