Diane, As a Canadian, I'm sure $5000 does seem right-off-the-wall expensive to you, but believe me, darlin', it's one heck of a bargain in the USA. I was told by a medical billing expert I would have paid 10-15 times as much had I gotten the care(?)in the USA. Believe me, it was worth it to get the care at Echauri.
