It seems some of are having a problem again with Infinitum's connection. This morning at 9:20 the internet light on my modem went red. I waited an hour, since it had been doing this on and off for the past week, to call TelMex.

I spoke with Jane G, Deanna and Bernie and they all have the same problem. We have called Telmex and did the normal drills to verify it is not a computer problem even though we told them there were others with the same problem. We all have gotten report numbers and they say 24 to 72 hours to fix. We will see.

If any others of you out there are having the same problem, please call TelMex 018001232222 to place a report and get a report number. My report number is 13818682. We also know it is not everyone in La Manz since Daniel and Susana's services are working.
