I second boca bob's recommendation. Webers are arguably the best grills and are expensive NoB too. We have owned four of them, two charcoal and two LP and we absolutely have to get another LP grill from Irwin and his wife. They cook every meal on their own Weber(s), including baking desserts. Their prices are high, but there is a Weber store in Ajijic whose prices are significantly higher. We'll just have to see if there is any money left after necessary fixes and enhancements to the new La Manz home. Espero que sí. ¡Qué le vaya bien!
