I feel so sad for Lety and her 7 year old daughter, Juaquin & Esther and their lovely family. Losing Mariana is so tragic. Life will never be the same. Forty two years ago my 10 year old sister, Laurie, died in an accident. Like her, Mariana will always be in the hearts of those she brought love and joy to. My condolences and love to all of you. On another note: I wonder if it happened up near where Lety lives. In February, I witnessed Don Jose's wonderful dog, King Kong, killed whilst walking on the side of the road with his family (2 adults and 3 children) across the street from where they live. I remember thinking: who's next? One of the kids? People drive way too fast on the way to and from the crucero! In Mariana's memory this should never happen again! Por favor! Mas topes!! |
