Coming South to Lamans?

Tis that time of year for those who come down by plane, train, boat or cars...to begin loading up those items needed for our "stay away" in Lamans. Must say...it is so good to be back after a great visit to the States and Canada. And now the wheels are in motion for new endeavors. So looking for a few items that you may have and not need anymore that could fit in if you have the space. Telin, the bicycle man, is looking for several used bikes. Seems he had to sell his old models to make ends meet this summer, so has nothing to rent out this season. So if there is room for a bike...he would be most happy with your donation. Manos Ayudando, or local used bookstore, is looking for used sewing machines as we have a lovely lady here who is interested in giving sewing classes that will be offered to those interested. She is accredited to teach and is making various items for Hecho-A-Mano. The bookstore could possibly buy these used machines if the price was right. And then of course the bookstore is always in need of books....preferably those that are newer, interesting and some more non-fiction. Please...NO hard cover books as they do not sell well for us and take up alot of space. Love to have some copies of newer magazines as well.
