Rent online because it is cheaper and keep your reservation information with you. The price you get will be what you pay (cheaper than a walk-in). BUT, you will pay additional fees (taxes, airport fees, etc.) plus about $25 dollars per day for insurance. This is standard, even in the US and Canada, so they are not ripping you off. It is the insurance that drives the cost way over your quoted rate. But again, quotes anywhere generally don't include taxes and fees, and never insurance. I have used Budget several times. Sometimes good, sometimes not. But do check your car over and don't accept the piece of crap they may try to give you. |
