The restaurants along the coast in Barra, Melaque, Villa Obregon and La Manzanilla make much of their money serving folks from the north and inland urban Mexicans. The kiss of death for their revenue is for someone to report they have gotten ill from the food. If you have your first breakfast at Risa's on the town square, you can ask based on what you want to eat.
