yoga classes start

hola all--the new season of my yoga classes will start Wed Nov18 at 9 am at Casa Milpa--the super palapa around the corner on the first street past Martins Restaurant.Please check out my website www.aniyogo.com for details on my teaching for those who dont know me. My classes are multi-level but if you are totally new to yoga you need to be in shape or at least active.otherwise one tendsto overdo and get injured. I had fabulous workshops for myself all summer as Diane Long was on the west coast for a month,so come and share this work with me.
Also check out the retreat to Spain next fall Sept.2010 on the website.
