Their are many reasonably priced cabanas along the coast. Some of the nicer areas are tougher to access especially by bus only, Tenacatita has a nice bay to snorkel in and a variety of reasonably priced accommodations. Chamala bay has
the Villa Polynesia camping club with cabanas, priced about 70 per night and their is also less expensive accommodation nearby and also SCUBA diveing. feel free to email me for more details vy1dg@hotmail.com
