I have had super luck with my new Honda Fit and the Honda dealership in Manzanillo. The car gets almost 50 mpg; I think that is about 14mpl, not sure. It has tons of pep and the seats fold everywhich way to let it act like a stationwagon, will carry a bike, etc. The dealership took my KA in trade and actually went with me to register the car in Cihuatlin (you would go to Autlan). The car has tons of pep. When the battery went dead, because we were traveling for 4 months, they stuck a little machine on it, said, "Yep, it's dead, under warranty," popped a new one in and didn't even make me sign anything. There is usually someone around who speaks English, but since they know what they are doing -- you can just point and they fix it. Standard prices, so no big deal. If you want a used one, let me know. I know someone who may be willing to sell hers. Carol
