Traveling with injectable medicines

Has anyone ever flown into Manzanillo with injectable meds for arthritis, diabetes, etc? I am coming in 10 days and use an injectable med for my arthritis and wondered if anyone had ever had problems with them? Everything will be appropriately labeled in English & Spanish and I will have a copy of my prescription. I speak very good Spanish which will be a plus. I was just seeking insight from others' experiences. Thanks in advance. Kimberly
