this statue is creating environmental havoc-- gives off heat that is killing plant and animal life, blinds over-flying birds,& houses its workers in squalor...thus it dishonours the First Precept; breaks the Tenth Precept--hubris; sure as hell is not the Middle Way; denies the Heart Sutra and the First Noble Truth (impermanence). it´s án embarassment--like the guy who´s forgotten to tuck in & zip up. can you email me-i am fascinated why you metta people are showing this?
