Hola! I'm in town for a bit and will be teaching yoga on the following days: -Thursday, Nov 26th (special stretching to make room for Thanksgiving dinner...) -Tuesday, Dec 1st -Thursday, Dec 3rd -Tuesday, Dec 8th All classes... Begin at 10am (please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time). Are by donation - pesos, a smile, a hug, whatever you have to share. Are suitable for all levels, from newbies to lifelong yogis. Questions... Send me an email (chris at christinaderoos.com) or stop by Live Bliss tomorrow...I'll be cleaning out spider webs in prep for Thursday's class. Last note... I'm committed to having Live Bliss be a useful space for the community, although I may be spending a lot of time in NY this season. Several people have expressed interest in leading free/low cost classes (art, yoga, etc). If you have an idea or would like to be involved, let me know. |
