I don't quite understand. We got our FM3s, for which we needed photos. But renewing is just stamping a new expiration date in the existing visa. There were never any new photos required. We now have FM2's which will also use the original photos for 5 years. We'll never need new photos to renew. Please explain the idea of "photos to renew." Thanks.
