A man named Frank Orozco just came into the office, he say's that the new
administration (I believe the change is next month) is going to have a
bi-lingual police officer stationed in La Manzanilla 24 hours a day,
7 day's a week, and other changes.

He is the assistant chief of police and plans on holding a meeting to
introduce himself to the community and get feedback.
I believe he will be posting to this board sometime in the near future.
