The 9 AM bulletin reports a "more than 80% chance
of rain (rough translation) and winds out of the
west from 25 to 40 km/hour". Saw a teeny little
green tree frog frolicking in the water outside
our front door this morning. It would be great if
he could have another day of rain and a little more
frolicking.
