Yoga in La Manz

We have an embarrassment of riches in la Manz right now with 2 great yoga teachers here.

I am a newbie and just went to my first class with Ani Mac and loved it. You get the sense that she is very caring and so knowledgeable about the human body.

Also, Christina with Live Bliss yoga is in town for a short time, and her class is a wonderfully meditative and relaxing exploration, suitable for all levels, including beginners like me. The classes are held across from the fish co-op, 10 am, Thursday, Dec 3rd and Tuesday, Dec 8th.
