Greetings to La Manzailla,I wanted to take this opportunity to announce the opening of our new office, Mexico Property Resources.  My wife Cheryl and I are currently residents at Boca de Iguanas and are enyoying our second full season here. We love this beautiful bay and the magic of the Costa Alegre and feel very fortunate to live here.  I graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in economics and served as an officer in the United States Marind Corp. Previous to moving to Mexico Cheryl and I built beautiful custom homes and I worked as a real estate broker with Duke Warner Realty in Bend,Oregon. I chose that agency bcause of the reputation for integrity and dependability it had earned throught its 50 years of business.We are dedicated to bringing the same professional, organizational, and ethical skills that were the hallmark of my tenure with that agency in Bend to Mexico Property Resouirces here in La Manzanilla. I enjoy real estate and helping clients either buy or sell their home. I am very fortunate to open this brokerage with the level of experience that our staff has to offer.
