Dentist ?

Hello

I am looking for a Dentist that can fix a tooth and do a Crown. I'm wondering if any one has had this done locally and comments on what Dentist they went to ?
How much does a complete Crown procedure cost ?
and can anyone offer an email address for nearby Dentists ?
