And it doesn't appear that the hotel could have been built turn of the 20th century, either, as Annie said before. They weren't doing that kind of reinforced concrete construction back then as far as I know. Very badly constructed, too. Low quality work. Probably happened no earlier than the mid- to late-50's. Joe Lusk inspected the hulk and was amazed at the poor quality of the concrete/rebar work.
