I saw part of that article and thought I would pick up a copy but missed it. Will have to ask around John Pint has an interesting (but old style) web site with an older article about the area. http://www.saudicaves.com/ You also might want to bring your bathing suit because there is a hot springs balneario on the same road as the petroglyphs .... but off to the right. The tourist office in La Huerta also has a web page and info on the 'lost civialization and lake' Altilte We just drove down highway 80 from Chapala and noticed water in the valley for the first time in 10 years that I've gone that way |
