It seems to be wide-spread and the squeaky-wheel
thing seems to work with the electric company,
so please give them a call. Our water pump isn't getting enough power to come on so no showers, toilet flushing, etc. - and we haven't seen the bottled water man for days - vive La Manzanilla!
