The power line is down at the intersection of Calle Concha Molida and Mangalares on the North corner. We heard a very loud pop about 4am and the line was actively arching for about 30 minutes. John has marked the area as best he could and Dorthy spread the word around the neighborhood to make sure to keep the children away. The line now has a minor electrical arc. We do not have a phone to give the electric company this information. If someone else would do that it would be appreciated.
