We will be in La Manzanilla for Christmas. We know most of the restaurants and are wondering which ones will be open for Christmas. We can make our own breakfast and lunch, but would really enjoy a good gringo dinner. Does anyone know which restaurants will be open?

Also, we are gathering people on Christmas eve at 7 p.m. to sing Christmas Carols. We'll meet at the La Manzanillo square in front of the coffe shop.

So far, about 10 people are planning to be there. Everyone is invited. One couple is bringing a guitar and a mandolin. I'll bring some handouts with lyrics. A few people want to carol through town, sharing our CHristmas with our Mexican friends, but we'll start at the square.

Please invite your friends and bring your family.
Merry Christmas to All.

please send me an email if you plan to be there:rah48@comcast.net.
We leave 12/20 for Barre de Navidad, then sail to La Manzanilla onb 12/22. We're staying at Casa Chanti (the casa with the big blue Russion-Orthodox style turrets).
