Coconut Oil

We bought some coconut oil from Linda Mandala and have been really enjoying it. Made pinapple pancakes this morning, fried in coconut oil, and the beautiful aroma and taste of the pancakes was amazing.

We are just learning about the many health benefits of this stuff thanks to a book Linda lent us. Gracias for turning us on to it!
