Your dogs need to have all vaccines up to date but that would all be included in the Certificate Good Health which
cannot be any older than
10 days before you travel. On your way back see a vet here in Mexico so that he can update the Certificate of Good Health. Also
check with your vet about wheather you should or shoud not tranquilize your dog while traveling, it depends on the kind of dog you have,if anything tranquilizers are recommeded it would be a very mild one.
