He's got an opinion and he's expressing it. I am pleased to read his posts for two reasons:
1) For the chance that there are pearls of real estate wisdom therein.
2) For the drama.

I don't understand, Jean, why you want to deny me these pleasures. If you know it's Sigfried posting, and you know you don't want to hear what he has to say, then don't click on it. (But I'll bet you can't resist.)
